Johnny T***** to the rescue!! This past weekend, our recently installed outdoor unit started making an unusual clicking sound. I called Rosenberg Indoor Comfort and within 2 hours, they had a service tech at my house, diagnosing the problem. Of course, the unit was not making any noise when Johnny arrived, but he patiently troubleshooted what the issue may be. All of the initial tests came back fine. I have used Rosenberg Indoor Comfort for a year. They are quick to answer your call and always curtious. I purchased the One year maintenance plan. My unit went out on a weekend. The service charge for that day was only $29. Recently we had a air conditioning unit replaced. They were easy to work with, cleaned up well after the job was done and were very polite. Rosenberg Indoor Comfort just Installed a ***** system in our home on July 26th 2018. Roman M*** ******* was the lead installer and had one assistant. Very professional they came in on time and finished when Joe Incardona stated they would. They were very efficient and when they finished the job they had everything cleaned up and you wouldn't know they were there. We are very happy with the new unit and the service Rosenberg's gave us.

First time I have used Rosenberg Indoor Comfort. Excellent Company and very professional employees. Got 2nd estimate from them for installation of a Carrier evaporator coil and Bryant furnace - 5 ton and 4 ton. Their proposal was very competitive in price especially for the rating reviews on the equipment installed. I'm very happy with Rosenberg Indoor Comfort. I had a problem with my AC system and this company sent a technician to fix it. There were some complications but Rosenberg sent technicians to fix them without charge because it was to check the initial repair. I think they are been honest and respond very fast to my requests for fixing the AC problem.

I am very pleased to be a customer of Rosenberg Indoor Comfort. Their team is well-trained. responsive, efficient and prompt. Any problem with the A/C or heating system has been handled in an extremely timely manner in a professional, courteous way. I appreciate that when the service technicians leave my house that there is no mess left for me to clean. I give Rosenberg a 5 star + rating! From beginning to end, my June 11, 2018 call and my concerns were addressed in a professional way. Take into account that my call was placed early on a Monday morning. Many companies never called me back, Thanks to Rosenberg for such a quick response. My problem was fixed.
