Derrick R. was scheduled to perform routine maintenance on the heating unit, but discovered a problem with the AC's system. I really appreciated how he explained the situation, gave scenarios of what could happen if I did A, B, or C. He was very professional, but approachable. I have used the Rosenberg Company for several years for regular maintenance. Never have I felt I was being over charged or mislead when needing service. The office staff and the technicians are always courteous and seem eager to help you. I appreciate their emailing me a picture of the tech that I should be expecting at the door as well as the phone call saying he is on the way. I would recommend this company to anyone needing AC repairs.
