The service technician Derrick ****** was very professional and knowledgeable about the device he installed in my home. He answered all of my questions and shared additional information with me that I hadn't thought to ask. Overall it was a great experience. Also Rosenberg Indoor Comfort offered a 10% military discount which helped a lot in being able to afford the Halo.

Robert worked on our air conditioner and was terrific! It was a tough job, but he stuck with the problem until he solved it. He was kind and told us all about the problem with our unit. He came to our house at least 3 times and now we are back in a cool and comfortable home. Robert really knew how to fix our problem.

I called to schedule an appointment for a free estimate on upgrading our ac system. Spoke to Valerie on 6-19-17 and she said a comfort advisor would have to call me back just to schedule an appointment. Day later still no call back just to schedule an appointment for a free estimate.

Derrick was very professional in his inspection and tune-up of my air conditioning systems for the spring maintenance. Derrick was friendly and left all work areas just as clean as when he arrived, and he let me know that my systems were working exactly as they should be. Prior to his arrival, Valerie called me and let me know that he was on his way and those calls are always greatly appreciated. Rosenberg does an excellent job. They call beforehand to give you a reminder of your service appointment and give you the name of your technician and even email you a photo so you know who will be at your door. The service technicians are courteous and explain what they are doing if you have any questions.
