I got quotes from 2 other companies and let me tell you my summer plans had been destroyed because the cost of repair was going to be substantial. Robert D* ** **** from Rosenberg Air came out and he discovered that a previous technician had simply put too much refrigerant in the system. His repair was 90% less expensive then what the previous technicians had told me. Thank you Robert and than you Rosenberg!

Returned from vacation late in the evening to find an AC unit was not working. Called Rosenberg (our vendor of choice). Josh came out just before midnight, diagnosed the problem (with me tailing him) and entertained my questions and explained the process. He listened to my thoughts (some were of value) and worked with me to fix it (he did all the work!) Price was reasonable, and I slept well that night. He didn't try to oversell what was needed - he was honest, respectful, and competent!

Derrick R***** performed routine maintenance on our unit. He did this professionally and quickly. During his inspection, he noticed a leak in the water softener which allowed us to fix it before it worsened. We are grateful for his thoroughness and professionalism.

I am very pleased with Rosenberg Indoor Comfort. We had a brand new unit put in and they were very easy to work with and explained everything so that I felt comfortable with their company and the product. The technicians that did the install were polite, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I also had Jesus G. Come to take a look at an issue. The Rosenberg Company & Staff are the most professional, prompt and courteous group of people I have encounter in over 25 years. Mr. I******** and Valerie are the best. I had a new AC Unit installed over a year ago. The installers are expert in the AC field. Valerie provides excellent customer service. I am always pleased with the efficiency, competence and consideration of Rosenberg employees. Rudy G was all of these and provided great service by finishing the job and going the extra mile by providing me with an estimate for replacing the system,
