Everyone was very nice and i can see it was a family like environment. I was greeted as soon as I came in and was treated with respect and a valued customer. The dentist was very friendly and the assistants kept a smile on my face.
One of the scariest parts of moving is finding a good dentist. We chose Dr. Jacob from a list provided by our healthcare provider and information on Healthgrades. The level of service from start to finish was fantastic. The office staff is extremely friendly and made us feel like we've been going there for years. The hygienists were gentle but through. Dr. Jacob explains any dental issues in a clear concise easy to understand manner. There are no hidden costs.
Love your dental hygienist Arlene! And there is Tammy, she welcomed me with a hug. She also gave me big hug when I mentioned that I was now diagnosed cancer free! Susan is a wonderful technician. she goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and understand everything that is going on. Dr. Jacob is very thorough and gentle and that makes the visit go a lot smoother.
