My appointment was late by 20 minutes. However, the hygenist and dentist were very helpful and knowledgable.

The dental hygienist was great, the girl explaining options leaves a lot to be desired. She seemed to get upset that I wouldn't take options she was offering. I was not pleased with her. She then made an appointment for a tooth extraction without checking the file. I am on warfrin and she should have known to check with the Doctor before scheduling.
Dr. Jacobs spent extra time talking to my wife about her problems and, as usual was very friendly as was the hygienist. Overall a good experience.
