Very pleased with both the doctor and his office staff. I had to find a new dentist weeks after moving to Palm Coast from NY due to a dental emergency. I had initially gone to another dental office in Palm Coast and was not pleased for many reasons. I asked some of my new neighbors and Dr. Jacob was recommended. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely continue to use him as my dentist as well as recommend him. Office staff is very friendly as are his hygienists.
I had Patty Ann for my cleaning and she was thorough and gave me some good suggestions for tooth and gum care. I was very satisfied with my appointment. Did not wait at all.

The Best Dental Office in Palm Coast I would not change anything. The staff are well trained professionals with a very caring attitude. Doctor Jacob is very informative and has always done and excellent job.
I have always had a fear of dentists. I have serious problems with my teeth, and I was referred here by my parents, who swear by Dr. Jacobs. Him and his staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and better about the situation that I have put myself in with my mouth. We did not completely go over the finances of the work I need done, but I have somewhat of an idea of how expensive it will be

Needed more communication on alternatives. A $23,000 plan was not viable and explanation of discounts was not clear.
The front desk personnel personnel and the hygienist was exceptional.
