Friendly staff explained everything to my satisfaction.
I came in for a cleaning and the hygenist was very personable and caring. The entire staff seems very nice and helpful.

Great visit but didn't see the dentist
I have been to the office twice to inquire about my remaining available insurance for the calendar year. Each time I was told I would receive a telephone call telling me of my insurance balance and my payment for planned treatment. To date I have not received any call.
The only thing I would change would be checking out in the office. There was only one person and she was on the phone for a period of time so I was told to have a seat in the waiting room. I waited five minutes or so and finally told them I had to go. She apologized.
From start to finish my visit with Dr. Jacobs and his staff was fantastic. I will definitely refer my family and friends.
My Dental Hygienist was very professional and pleasant. Very caring.
