The entire staff has consistently been professional and friendly! Beginning with a reminder about my visit to scheduling my follow-up. On the day I arrived the office staff was certeous and helpful as usual. Dr Jacobs as well as his assistants take pride in the work they do; I have had thee previous crowns placed by 2 other professionals because I have moved quite a bit over the past 10 years. While have been pleased with prior outcomes, I have to say that the quality of service and work here is exceptional!
The staff were definitely welcoming and had a great positive attitude. Looking forward to seeing what magic Dr. Jacob and his associate can whip up!
The only concern for me was all the candles, the smells gave me a headache, so I will call ahead of my appt. to have then put out. Otherwise, great staff and awesome dentist, glad I changed to Dr. Jacob!

My dental plan was explained in detail and all of my questions were answered. Dr. Jacobs and his whole staff were professional and very friendly. I would recommend this dental office.
