Patty Ann did my dental cleaning. She was friendly and knowledgable and she did an excellent and thorough job.
I went in for a cleaning and was there for 2.5 hours. I was not told the office had moved. The major focus seemed to be replacing fillings. The hygienist did a good job.
Friendly and caring staff
The waiting area is very small to accommodate filling out new paperwork - I stood. I felt the experience was a bit impersonal overall although staff was friendly. The billing conversations were rushed and awkward, and I did what I could to make them seem less so.
Shannon understands that I'm always in a hurry between work, kids, and taking care of my parents. I appreciate her promptness and helpful attitude.
Very personable and engaging staff ... Pleasant and informative. Felt like they had my best interest in mind.
Tammy and the front desk ladies were very helpful and feiendly. Arlene calmed my nerves and made me very comfortabke. Dr. Ally was also very reassuring and helpful and friendly. Lived it and can't wait to have my smile back!
Dr Alicia was the best . Mrs Lynn was very nice
Darlene did a great job, she has "gentle" hands and listened carefully when any issues were addressed. She also communicated well with the Dr., so when he came to see me he had a full understanding of the situation.
