As a new patient, I was a bit apprehensive as to what to expect. I have a fear of dentists due to a bad childhood experience. Needless to say I felt very comfortable with the doctor and his staff. So glad I chose them for my family of 5.
Check up and cleaning was very thorough and staff were very pleasant
Great dentist. So pleased to find a dentist as great as my dentist up North. Efficient, warm staff, thorough, fantastic dentist. :-)
I would have preferred more time with Dr. Jacob. While I was waiting for my treatment plan, I was not sure what I was waiting for and of Dr. Jacob was coming back to explain the Invisalign option which I did not fully understand.

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Jacob and certainly will recommend him to others. Very straight forward, patient oriented and sincere. And thank you for the Bible in the reception area.

In the spirit of genuinely wanting to help, I do want to say that the office, dental surgery areas and the equipment felt it was from the 1970's or even 60's. Sorry! No concerns, practice seemed very receptive and helpful to new patients and patients concerns. Office staff was outstanding and very helpful setting up additional family members on wait list for potential screening/cleanings through busy end of year.
