Great work on warrenty crown replacement. Dr J explain risks, on original crown install, and when it lasted only 1.5 yrs, he did a great replacement too.

I wish I did not have to ask questions to have a better idea of what procedures will be done that day and why certain procedures are done or not done. I am finding out that what I need done is more complicated than I thought and realizing that Dr Jacobs knows what and in what order procedures need done. And have gained confidence in his process and work.

I have been going to Ronald Jacob DMD for a few years now, but this has never happened to me before - when I get my teeth cleaned and after the cleaning DMD Jacob's comes in for about 2 minutes and looks over my teeth. This past Thursday I had a cleaning appointment, got my teeth cleaned and Jacob's looked over my teeth less then 2 minutes of his time. I really liked Daci I was very impressed she was very good.
First time I had to wait about an hour but I do understand that will happen now and then. Jacobs conveys to me that he will be honest with me and he genuinely does not enjoy having to give me bad news. Decides the best procedure for my conditions and explains why and gives me my options. Takes time to discuss the issues I have with my teeth. I have been in many dental offices over the years and Jacobs is one of the best I have had.
I really liked my dental hygienist she was very nice and would tell me exactly what she was doing be for she did it.
Personnally, I rate your service as excellent, especially appreciate the new Cleaning Technican ... However, my wife's Silver Filling replacements have left her disappointed, as the new fillings have worn down too much and her bite is now painful. She brought this to your attention, but wssnt offered any resolution to her painful state.
