I have learned that Dr Jacob is sincere about doing what is best for his patients. I have also gained a trust that he will do what needs to be professionally done and explains why and potential repercussions if patient chooses not to have the procedure performed. He is a great dentist...the best!

One of the best dentists I have ever had and takes the procedure needed that is in my best interest and health. I also want to mention the graciousness and professionalism of the technician staff and receptionist.
I was very please to find Dr. Jacob after visiting another dental facility in Palm Coast in which I felt I was in an assembly line. Dr. Jacob is very kind and takes time with his patients, his staff is very friendly as well.
Everything about dr Jacob is great and all his staff is excellent.
