No stars, the sales manager is a liar, the owner is a liar. Unless you want to be robbed, I suggest you take your hard earned money to someone who values you. They will fudge the numbers and give you false values despite what KBB says, then they will say how transparent they are and how you, the customer, is lying. RecommendedWe always have our service done at this dealership. The service desk personnel are always friendly and keep us apprised of timing throughout the service. The mechanics are quick and accurate with any service we’ve had done. We never feel they are pushing work that is not necessary.
We recently bought a used car from Ron Sayer Nissan and it had a few issues with the steering, so we brought it in to the service department and they helped us out and gave us a loaner free of charge! Got the vehicle fixed up and they also offer free car washes for the cars they sell! A+++ for these guys all around!!!

Asked to Schedule an oil change online by chat on a Saturday. Within 1 hour they called the number I left and fit me in on the day I preferred with a choice of time slots. They were very courteous and reasonably priced. Also dog friendly!
Bought a new Rogue today. The dealership was tireless in looking at all options to make it work for me! Everyone I came in contact with was professional and extremely helpful! Can’t recommend them high enough.
