I love my car and the service I get at sayer nissan
I recently took my car in to get a recall taken care of. Shortly after I left the shop I tried to get out of my car, but the inside driver door handle was broken. I immediately took my car back to see if this problem could be resolved. I was disappointed to hear that I would be responsible to pay for the new parts and labor. The broken door handle was, “normal wear and tear, and bound to happen anyway.” They would not take responsibility for the damage that occurred while my vehicle was in their shop.
