I had a recall on my car. Made an appointment and was told 45 minutes. I planned this around my work schedule and left room for extra time. But it took them 2 hours. They did not update me and at the end handed me my invoice and keys and didn’t say anything. They did not explain what they did. They did not greet me well either and seemed lazy to all customers that came In.

Friendly, Top-Notch Sales Team This sales team was amazing! Not your “typical” car dealers. Very knowledgeable, and the easiest process I’ve been through with buying a car. I was a Honda customer for over 12 years, and I may have just found a new vehicle family. I highly recommend this dealership!
They were patient on helping me find the right car. granted I wanted used but the bank wouldn't approve used. but they still made sure I could afford what they were offering me.
The service department team is awesome to work with. They provide excellent service at reasonable prices. I you need Nissan or Infiniti services Ron Sayer Nissan is the place to go. You have a customer for life.
