Betty or (Bettie?) was a doll, very nice, very helpful. The two gentlemen I also spoke with (don't remember names) were also professional and courteous. These folks all made it a pleasurable buying experience.

I love my car and the service I get at sayer nissan
I recently took my car in to get a recall taken care of. Shortly after I left the shop I tried to get out of my car, but the inside driver door handle was broken. I immediately took my car back to see if this problem could be resolved. I was disappointed to hear that I would be responsible to pay for the new parts and labor. The broken door handle was, “normal wear and tear, and bound to happen anyway.” They would not take responsibility for the damage that occurred while my vehicle was in their shop. I had a recall on my car. Made an appointment and was told 45 minutes. I planned this around my work schedule and left room for extra time. But it took them 2 hours. They did not update me and at the end handed me my invoice and keys and didn’t say anything. They did not explain what they did. They did not greet me well either and seemed lazy to all customers that came In.
