Bait and SwitchI was extremely disappointed with the Bait and Switch I was extremely disappointed with the way my oil change was handled today at Ron Sayer Nissan. I went into the dealership expecting to get an oil change at $39.99, like they were advertising at their store front, only to be left with a bill at a 77% mark-up. The thing that disappointed me most is I had taken my car in, earlier this year, for other repairs.
