Communication is almost non existent. I was assigned Romanoff Renovations thru Home Depot after a Carpet Purchase. Overall install was satisfactory. The issue with the install was paying an extra $75 each to have beds taken down & setup because it was not included in the basic install. After install, went to put sheets on the bed & it collapsed. I would not recommend them for carpet installation. We had two rooms of carpet replaced through Home Depot and these were the contractors they sent. Communication was lacking and they arrived an hour early and told us they would not move the furniture because it was not on their work order, I specifically told the person who booked the job that there was a few items of furniture in the rooms but not a lot. They didn't do a bad job in the living room but they completely messed up our master bedroom. We had one small squeak in... read more

This is one of the worst company in Memphis, they are unprofessional, will not answer their call, will not send the proper number of men to do the job. The employees will not keep them informed on the progress of each job. This company work as a contractor under Home Depot and I have contacted them to let them know this company is bring down their credibility. I see they have 1.55 rating which is not good. Romanoff Renovations was hired through Home Depot to demo our existingÂ28 square feet of backsplash in our kitchen and install a new one, with demolition to begin March 3rd, 2021. Three months later, the job has still not started. Initially, Home Depot came out to survey/measure the work and relay that info to Romanoff for a quote, which we all agreed upon. Unprofessional!!! Unreliable!!!! Ordered my carpet from Home Depot on march 28th 2021. We explained that the carper=t could only be installed on the weekend. After a month, we finally got a call that they could install the carpet on May 2nd between 12-3pm. That was fine. After the scheduled appointment, my husband received a call saying that they could do it on May 1st. Romanoff Reno was contracted through ********** to install laminate flooring in my home. They piled furniture on top of furniture, ripped up the carpet and left tack strips exposed throughout the entire upstairs. They left my home like this. No where for us to sleep, beds piled on top of beds, carpet pieces everywhere and walked out of my home without installing any of the flooring due to a 2 foot section in our hallway that needed to be leveled, that they "didn't have the time to do." **********'s customer service has been ... read more
I would never recommend Romanoff Renovations, first of all it took them a month to come out to attempt install my flooring, then they come and neither is wearing a mask or gloves, then they didn't want to move the furniture in which I paid for, then they tore up my old carpet, then say they ran into a problem, they took my doors down (don't know why) then they didn't install anything, and home depot is no better. They don't have to worry about my Business ever again,nor any of my Family's.

I went to homedepot to have my shower remodeled, they sent out someone to give us a quote, after 5 hours of telling them what I wanted, almost 2 months later Romanoff renovations shows up on 9/21/20. they did some demo that day removed are old tub and some drywall so the plumber could do his work. the next day are inspector came out and we did a walk through with her, she told us that needed to do cement boards on are walls.
