Had one of the worst experiences with a vendor, that I can remember. Went to your flooring dept. at you Poulsbo Washington location picked a slate flooring and scheduled install. After waiting 2 months they show up today, pull my carpet, cutting it into pieces, remove it with padding, lay out my slate, call manager, manager comes, installers leave. Evidently they do not like to install flooring on chip Crete, which is what I have over my radiant floor heating system. I am sitting in my home with no flooring and no resolution... read more

I used Romanoff Renovations a few years ago for a flooring project and was satisfied with the work. This time it was a simple backsplash install that should have been no problem. On the day the installer came, the office refused to allow him to do the work, so I can not speak to how the workmanship would have been, but the customer service from the local office in Chesapeake, VA was horrible. Worst company ever,me and my wife took 3 days off from work and were moving into new house to meet for install.Drove 3 hours,and they called less than 24 hours to cancel and reschedule our install.We are out 3 days wages fuel and time spent.Had all furniture moved out to the garage.We are still in the process of moving and will have to take more time off to meet for rescheduled install would not recommend this company to anyone.
This is the worst contracting company I have ever worked with! You pay for a service and it never gets done! They don't return phone calls and their customer service is horrible!
Communication is almost non existent. I was assigned Romanoff Renovations thru Home Depot after a Carpet Purchase. Overall install was satisfactory. The issue with the install was paying an extra $75 each to have beds taken down & setup because it was not included in the basic install. After install, went to put sheets on the bed & it collapsed. I would not recommend them for carpet installation. We had two rooms of carpet replaced through Home Depot and these were the contractors they sent. Communication was lacking and they arrived an hour early and told us they would not move the furniture because it was not on their work order, I specifically told the person who booked the job that there was a few items of furniture in the rooms but not a lot. This is one of the worst company in Memphis, they are unprofessional, will not answer their call, will not send the proper number of men to do the job. The employees will not keep them informed on the progress of each job. Romanoff Renovations was hired through Home Depot to demo our existingÂ28 square feet of backsplash in our kitchen and install a new one, with demolition to begin March 3rd, 2021. Three months later, the job has still not started. Initially, Home Depot came out to survey/measure the work and relay that info to Romanoff for a quote, which we all agreed upon. Unprofessional!!! Unreliable!!!! Ordered my carpet from Home Depot on march 28th 2021. We explained that the carper=t could only be installed on the weekend. After a month, we finally got a call that they could install the carpet on May 2nd between 12-3pm. That was fine. After the scheduled appointment, my husband received a call saying that they could do it on May 1st.
