It took forever to get an appointment after purchasing materials in Mid August. Scheduled install on Oct. 10th, was told at 9a.m. on Oct 10th their truck broke down and that it was not their issue since they use independent contractors. Was told we had to reschedule. It became their problem when we told them that it had to be done that day since I had taken off work. Had to lose two more days pay for them to finally show up and complete the work. Where to start? Oh i know how about the fact that it was supposed to be gauranteed 1 week install...ordered 2 weeks and 3 days ago, company cancelled install 3 times. And each time was scheduled by them. Why choose a time and day if you cant make it? I dunno. Install was fine, after it finally got installed. Now i wouldnt have been so mad if it werent for the fact that the manager ducked my calls and had his employees deliver the messages for him and when id call and ask for him nothing...coward. so moral of story... **** co... read more

Suppose to have wood flooring installed by Romanoff, and its been a nightmare. 1st, Home Depots wood flooring is mis-milled..THEN their contractor, never shows up to install it..Was told by 1 person who did show up to take up the wee bit that 1st crew put down with mis milled wood, theyd be back next day (the 4th of aug 2016) to install the flooring. I call the head office of the contractor..asked the questions as to what was going on..THEY had nothing on their books for anything after the 3rd of Aug for me. SO...the contrac... read more
