Romanoff Reno was contracted through ********** to install laminate flooring in my home. They piled furniture on top of furniture, ripped up the carpet and left tack strips exposed throughout the entire upstairs. They left my home like this. No where for us to sleep, beds piled on top of beds, carpet pieces everywhere and walked out of my home without installing any of the flooring due to a 2 foot section in our hallway that needed to be leveled, that they "didn't have the time to do." **********'s customer service has been ... read more
I would never recommend Romanoff Renovations, first of all it took them a month to come out to attempt install my flooring, then they come and neither is wearing a mask or gloves, then they didn't want to move the furniture in which I paid for, then they tore up my old carpet, then say they ran into a problem, they took my doors down (don't know why) then they didn't install anything, and home depot is no better. They don't have to worry about my Business ever again,nor any of my Family's.

I went to homedepot to have my shower remodeled, they sent out someone to give us a quote, after 5 hours of telling them what I wanted, almost 2 months later Romanoff renovations shows up on 9/21/20. they did some demo that day removed are old tub and some drywall so the plumber could do his work. the next day are inspector came out and we did a walk through with her, she told us that needed to do cement boards on are walls. I am complexity satisfied with the responsiveness and professionalism demonstrated by all at Romanoff. Management has been quick to assist in regard to any issues I've encountered, and the installers have, so far, proven themselves dedicated, hard working, and pay attention to clients needs. Do not feel any negativity toward Romanoff due to any incorrect or misleading information provided by Home Depot. One of the rudest company employees I have ever had performing work in my home. Put my new two thousand dollar mattress and foundation out on the rain wet deck with no personal consideration of other people's belongings. Left a mess for my wife and me to clean up after they left. Would never allow them in my home again
If you use Home Depot this is the company they contract! The installer is rude. They ripped up carpet that was not even suppose to be touched. They came to install a second time and left took pictures of rooms that were not even suppose to have carpet done and sent to supervisor saying rooms not ready. What the heck! Who runs a business like this. Why does Home Depot do business with people like this!
12/21/2019 Something is very wrong with Romanoff Renovations. On at least FOUR occasions, Romanoff Renovations employees did not show up when scheduled. Twice I was told by a very unprofessional, giggling associate that "the guy who lays the carpet didn't come to work, again... (giggle, giggle), so we're gonna need to reschedule... (hee hee)." ZERO STARS. Run away. The "manager" actually hung up on me twice. He would say he would call in the morning and I would never get a call (that happened THREE times). My biggest frustration was the utter lack of professionalism or any semblance of customer service. We went back to ********** to get our money back. There is no way we could fathom doing any business with a company like that.
