This company is ********** s select vendor for the installation of flooring as part of there promotion in offering FREE installation and removal of existing flooring. All I can say is RUN for hills, doon't even think about it. Pay the extra $$ and go with a reputable flooring company. No communication between installers and the company, resulting in needless lag time. No call backs to the homeowner despite being politely asked time and time again. First, thing I must point out.....My phone is set to NOT TAKE CALLS from UNKNOWN Numbers....so I always request for people to text my cell phone first for me to record the new contact number or I will just miss the call. Mr. James ******** did the carpet install on our basement stairs after we'd bought the material from Home Depot. He showed up when he said, he carefully explained everything he was doing, he did an outstanding job, he did it in a timely manner, & he cleaned up his workspace impeccably. I had my staircase carpet replaced. The carpet was purchased through Home Depot and Romanoff Renovations was contracted to install the carpet. They followed up with multiple electronic mail and text messages for scheduling, which was one week after receiving the measurements. The contractor arrived within the time frame specified and timely completed the job order including removal of debris. Very nice finish. 11/02/2021 ******* Atlanta

Had one of the worst experiences with a vendor, that I can remember. Went to your flooring dept. at you Poulsbo Washington location picked a slate flooring and scheduled install. After waiting 2 months they show up today, pull my carpet, cutting it into pieces, remove it with padding, lay out my slate, call manager, manager comes, installers leave. Evidently they do not like to install flooring on chip Crete, which is what I have over my radiant floor heating system. I am sitting in my home with no flooring and no resolution... read more

I used Romanoff Renovations a few years ago for a flooring project and was satisfied with the work. This time it was a simple backsplash install that should have been no problem. On the day the installer came, the office refused to allow him to do the work, so I can not speak to how the workmanship would have been, but the customer service from the local office in Chesapeake, VA was horrible. I had questions prior to the install and was told twice on two separate days the person in charge of scheduling the install would call... read more
Worst company ever,me and my wife took 3 days off from work and were moving into new house to meet for install.Drove 3 hours,and they called less than 24 hours to cancel and reschedule our install.We are out 3 days wages fuel and time spent.Had all furniture moved out to the garage.We are still in the process of moving and will have to take more time off to meet for rescheduled install would not recommend this company to anyone.
This is the worst contracting company I have ever worked with! You pay for a service and it never gets done! They don't return phone calls and their customer service is horrible!
