Purchased carpet for our house at the ********** in early November and it took until the end of January 2022 to get it installed. That was the good part. After the installation, upon closer inspection, we noticed some very disturbing defects in how the carpet was installed. This is one of the worst companies we have ever worked with. We are contractors so we have gone through a lot of floor installers. It took them 2 days to put in ************* of carpet. They were lazy, liars, horrible communicators, and just plain inconsiderate. They were supposed to move a desk to put in the carpet and when they got there, they (3 grown men) decided it was to "heavy". Ordered Pergo flooring through ********** (HD) who gave job to Romanoff Flooring, A truck comes to my home and it appears that Romanoff subcontracted as the name on truck was not Romanoff. They tell me my floor needs small amount leveling. We did not discuss a price and HD did not give me a price. HD called me and I gave them permission to charge my card for leveling agent, nothing else. Found out a week later that my card was charged for leveling. I ordered flooring with ********** in Beaverton, Oregon, They contracted install job to Romanoff's, who did a less than acceptable job. Have complained for 4 months, requesting inspection and repair without success from either party. Demanding action to repair or refund ASAP. Jeff *********, GM at ********** in Beaverton needs to be notified as well as Romanoff's.

This company is ********** s select vendor for the installation of flooring as part of there promotion in offering FREE installation and removal of existing flooring. All I can say is RUN for hills, doon't even think about it. Pay the extra $$ and go with a reputable flooring company. No communication between installers and the company, resulting in needless lag time. No call backs to the homeowner despite being politely asked time and time again. First, thing I must point out.....My phone is set to NOT TAKE CALLS from UNKNOWN Numbers....so I always request for people to text my cell phone first for me to record the new contact number or I will just miss the call. Mr. James ******** did the carpet install on our basement stairs after we'd bought the material from Home Depot. He showed up when he said, he carefully explained everything he was doing, he did an outstanding job, he did it in a timely manner, & he cleaned up his workspace impeccably. Based on our experience with James, we'd highly recommend Romanoff Renovations. ********

I had my staircase carpet replaced. The carpet was purchased through Home Depot and Romanoff Renovations was contracted to install the carpet. They followed up with multiple electronic mail and text messages for scheduling, which was one week after receiving the measurements. The contractor arrived within the time frame specified and timely completed the job order including removal of debris. Very nice finish. 11/02/2021 ******* Atlanta
