ZERO STARS. Run away. The "manager" actually hung up on me twice. He would say he would call in the morning and I would never get a call (that happened THREE times). My biggest frustration was the utter lack of professionalism or any semblance of customer service. We went back to ********** to get our money back. There is no way we could fathom doing any business with a company like that.
Zero Stars. We contracted through Home Depot and from the start it was a joke. Part of this is our own fault for thinking that what we were getting for 7500 dollars for a shower was a good price. Day one, mid August, they brought junk. I told them it was junk, however it was what we contracted for. OK, my error. Put the shower in, looked good, two day later the door fell off. I would leave zero stars if I could. They showed up for a job they couldn't do, even though Home Depot came to our house and saw the job and measured for it. They knew there would be tile to demo. They charged us for it & came and said they couldn't remove that. They ripped up my carpet and then found a high spot and said they couldn't fix that either. I would have to hire a contractor. Then, they left. They didn't coordinate anything to fix the problem. I was able to get a contractor to come 2 days later to fix the problem ... read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!! They came left without telling me. Of course they ***'t speak english, They were supposed to install carpet we bought at Home Depot. Run if you hear this name. DID I SAY HORRIBLE!!! RUN 10//2/2019
Bought carpet at **********, ROMINOFFS installed it . The installer did not follow the CRI a code for installation it was a horrible job. HOME DEPOT will not give us our money back . We are forced to let ROMINOFFS back into our hometo do it over. There was alot of damage done to our woodwork, the carpet was not stretched, they put in scraps of leftover pad some of it was bunched up to fit the space lots and lots of seams. On July 19, 2019, I purchased carpet and installation from the Tigertown ********** in Opelika, Alabama. Romanoff contacted us and our installation date was set for August 2. On that day, Romanoff contacted us to say they would not be able to install the carpet because the son of the person who was supposed to do the installation had gotten into a car accident. I would not and speak would not let this company do any work for me anymore. They installed a floor for me and my family from ********** and less than a year, the entire hardwood flooring is coming up. No kind of concern on their part concerning the installation of the floor.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE......do not let Romanoff near your home Installer showed up late. Damaged our bedroom ceiling. Left to run "errands and another job". Worked 3 hours in 2 days and did almost nothing. On the 2nd day; their employee just left and said nothing! Already have my money back from **********. Never let Romanoff in your home!!!!!!
