I would not and speak would not let this company do any work for me anymore. They installed a floor for me and my family from ********** and less than a year, the entire hardwood flooring is coming up. No kind of concern on their part concerning the installation of the floor.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE......do not let Romanoff near your home Installer showed up late. Damaged our bedroom ceiling. Left to run "errands and another job". Worked 3 hours in 2 days and did almost nothing. On the 2nd day; their employee just left and said nothing! Already have my money back from **********. Never let Romanoff in your home!!!!!!

Absolutely the most perfect, professional installation of our kitchen and bedroom floors. Their tech, Evan is amazing! We are so impressed and highly recommend Evan and Romanoff Renovations.

I will never use them again. Poor communication and a 4 to 5 day job took almost 6 weeks. The first day he left at 11:30 am to go to another job. Came in the next day and did some work and he knew he didn't have our mirror for the bathroom. He called out the next 2 days. Came back the following Monday but Tuesday no show and no one called us. I called to find out he was sent to another job for 2 days while my bathroom install wasn't finished. When he finally came back Thursday, he had no idea where are mirror was. I called t... read more

We do apologize for the delay that occurred when the mirror order was overlooked. The customer has signed off that the job is complete to their complete satisfaction. Though completed, our production manager has reached out to the customer to hear their feedback, but thus far has only been able to leave a voicemail. We will continue to attempt contact in order to learn from our mistakes and continue to make improvements to our communications moving forward.

If I could give less than one star, I would certainly do so. This company is **** *****'s flooring contractor choice, and they are as unprofessional as any company could possibly be. I scheduled the installation weeks ago, and got a confirmation via email yesterday. They were supposed to be here today to install (11/14), so I took the day off from work to be here. I got a message on my machine last night that said they had a huge problem with a job they did on the 13th, and so would not be able to come as promised, but would... read more

Absolutely disgraceful. Contracted thru **** ***** to retile and replace vanities in bathroom. 7 weeks into the project they continue to overpromise and underdeliver. Shame on **** ***** for continuing to work with these shoddy contractors.

After completing this project on time and at the original quote provided, we returned to the customers house to address their punch list, even after the customer had signed the lien waiver indicating that the project was completed to their specifications.

It took forever to get an appointment after purchasing materials in Mid August. Scheduled install on Oct. 10th, was told at 9a.m. on Oct 10th their truck broke down and that it was not their issue since they use independent contractors. Was told we had to reschedule. It became their problem when we told them that it had to be done that day since I had taken off work. Had to lose two more days pay for them to finally show up and complete the work. Where to start? Oh i know how about the fact that it was supposed to be gauranteed 1 week install...ordered 2 weeks and 3 days ago, company cancelled install 3 times. And each time was scheduled by them. Why choose a time and day if you cant make it? I dunno. Install was fine, after it finally got installed. Now i wouldnt have been so mad if it werent for the fact that the manager ducked my calls and had his employees deliver the messages for him and when id call and ask for him nothing...coward. so moral of story... **** co... read more
