We just purchased a new vehicle and Edgar was so helpful. In the past we just used the dealership financing until a friend of mine who works for rock valley credit union, Felecia, informed me of the better rates. The dealership couldn’t even compete with the rate we got. They were so helpful throughout the entire process and I still can’t believe how easy that was. Thank you all so much!

Let me just say that everyone should get their mortgage loan through Rock Valley Credit Union. Rhonda Graves really worked hard for us and gave us the lowest interest rate and closing cost. She is phenomenal to work with and gets down to the point and works fast and efficient. Theresa Banta is also one of their strongest mortgage lenders there and helped us really get the ball rolling. Their tag line “Taking the fear out of banking” is completely false. Thought we would be treated better here than a bank, big mistake. If you don’t have a credit rating that you can walk on water with, forget it, underwriting won’t bother even considering you. On top of which, you can’t find anyone that might even care about your situation. Might be time to be looking elsewhere!
Just closed on my mortgage two weeks ago. Was so easy and painless! Rhonda and Theresa were there every step of the way to answer any questions that I had! Thank you again
I worked with Andy Poffinbarger and he was incredible! He was prompt in returning phone calls and emails. He even called the dealership on my behalf which was going above and beyond. I would highly recommend him! They definitely treat their members well and make you feel well taken care of.
