I have been banking with Rock Valley Credit Union for about 6 years. I bought a car back in 2014 and Rhonda was awesome!!! I have been a member for 25 years and have loved it until recently . The staff is not the same people, the hours are changing and the last few times I have went to the main branch there has only been one person working in the lobby and have had to wait a while. Very Disappointing not the same credit union☹️
