Rock Valley has always been there for me and has helped me reduced my interest rates on all loans , and is willing to work with you anytime you need assistance. Credit Unions have always offered better rates than any big banks who only offer loans to people who do not need them in the first place. Excellent place to do business. See Norma in Rochelle .
THey held my App deposit without warning. I finally called after 4 days and was told that they were going to hold it another week before releasing the funs into my account! Grand total of holding my deposit for 11 days!!
I used the app to deposit a check, and was not warned it would take almost 2 weeks to process the check, given the amount. There is no wanting stating that checks over a certain amount take 3 days to get into the system, then another week to actually get into the account and be usable. I only used the app because it was not possible at the time to physically deposit the check.
We have banked here for many years, everyone is always helpful and very nice!

I am the Finance Manager at Tom Sparks Auto in DeKalb and have sent a couple of Hispanic customers to Norma Trosper. She has done a terrific job and has treated them fair and with respect. I am very impressed at how well they care about the customer!! GREAT JOB!!
