Two weeks ago, my boyfriend and I closed on our mortgage! The process was sooo quick and easy! Especially with the help from Rhonda! She answered all of our questions and was excellent to work with. Our realtor also made a comment to use during our final walk through that he enjoyed working with Rhonda! (This was also his first time working with Rock Valley Credit Union) Definitely will recommend her to anyone!
I have been a member for 15 years now. The service has went down hill the last few years and now the lobby is a machine 😲. I like to talk with someone when I do come in to the bank. I think I might be looking for a new bank soon after 15 years + being a member. I have referred a lot of people to this bank over the years for the great customer service that they did have.
Closed on my home last week. Rhonda and the RVCU team did a great job, making the home buying process extremely easy and smooth for me.

They closed all of their Meijer locations, they no longer allow shared branching. They stopped being open on Sunday. Every reason why I chose this bank they have gotten rid of. Will be looking into a new bank.

I would greatly recommend to anyone looking for a new house to contact Rhonda at Rock Valley. I just purchased my first home and coming in with many questions and concerns was very stressful, but Rhonda stayed on top of things even until the last minute when I had a problem at my closing, she was on it right away and fixed it on the spot. Excellent service from her.
