There are not enough good things I can say! First, Andy P. has continually over the years helped me with lending and more importantly cared enough to advise and push me to keep mending my credit to take advantage of the opportunities RVCU offers. We really like our bank we just wish they can either make their own debit cards on location or use a company that allows rush orders, especially after it was sent to very old address on file and we updated our addresses a long time ago! I am having to go another two weeks without a card and it's getting ridiculous!
I am changing my review - I will be honest I was not happy with the outcome of the situation that i just went through . They handled the situation and corrected it as best as possible . Thank you Rock Valley for working with me , I will continue to be a loyal member
