RecommendedRock Valley Credit Union is always will to help in any situation. Better than a regular bank. Car loan interest rates are lower. Donna my loan officer got me a rate of 5.2 percent. Love that

the new machines they put in Machesney Park are horrible. not a good thing to put in and no customer service. For older people it is alot. I also do not like you have to put your account number and social security number in

Donna in the loan department is hands down one of the best loan officers I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Rock Valley has made some changes in the last few years, some for the better and some well not so good but Donna takes per position to heart and makes you feel like your not just a number to them. I am a long time member and plan to be as long as there’s people around like her. Thank you again for everything!

When we needed to secure a conventional mortgage instead of va to buy our home- Rhonda Graves at Rock Valley made it happen in record time. Everything flowed smoothly once paperwork completed. Now transferring our auto loan to them- why not? Took care of us
I was having a problem with bill pay in the iPhone app. Melissa and the IT department worked non stop to resolve the issue. Melissa’s determination and her customer service went above and beyond. I appreciate her and this credit union for helping me with various issues. Thanks Melissa!
