I?ve had several loans with Rock Valley Credit Union over the years. Most recently, I refinanced my mortgage with them. Throughout the years, every employee at RVCC has been pleasant and helpful. Recently though, Ashley Boyer and Pam went above and beyond to help me with an issue that was not the fault of RVCC. Their help, especially Ashley?s, saved me from paying a $300 bill that would have been refunded, only after being held in limbo for who knows how long. Likely it would have been weeks. They took a chance on me with my auto loan after being turned down by other banks/credit unions. I had been working very diligently on repairing my credit and they made my dream come true when I was finally able to purchase my truck I had wanted for years! My credit score is now back up in the good range, and a lot of it has to do with RVCU and their taking a chance on me! It's paid off in a lot of other ways in my life as well. Website is VERY antiquated and NOT AT ALL user friendly. Whenever you set up an Auto pay, you do it through a third party site and the only information they have regarding this third party institution is an email address! RVCU has to email these people and wait for a response. There is nothing at all convenient about banking with RVCU unless last you’re old and still write checks. There has been nothing easy about doing business with them and I cannot wait until my car is paid off!!!
