There staff is extremely rude when it comes to questions about your own account I do not recommend this bank to anyone

This is one of the best in the area. The staff is great. They all go the extra step to help with anything need you. They give great finanacial advise. They treat you as person not just another number.
Patricia in the Loves Park branch helped me with a loan recently and she was the absolute best! I am so appreciative of all her help and quick response to all my questions! It was a pleasure being able to work with someone who truly cares are the customer!
