Great Workout and Challenges! New Year RSF challenge starts and November Challenge was intense.
I can't say enough great things about RSF! Its the best gym around on top of having such a great friendly environment, a home away from home. The trainers are first class and are so supportive of all of their clients and their health needs! Love everything about RSF!!!
They push you in a great and positive way! They know your name and feels more than just your run of the mill gym! I won't go anywhere else unless I'm traveling lol!

RSF is such an amazing gym. It really is more than a gym, it feels like a part of my family now. The personal attention that all of the trainers give make this such a great place. Thank you RSF for helping me reach the goals that I didn't think I could reach.
I originally gave RSF a 5 star review for pilates and that was 2 years ago (2016). Now it's 2018 and since then I've taken all of their classes and would give them a 10 star if I could. Their trainers are all AMAZING and the offerings of classes and times are FABULOUS! I absolutely love how it feels like family and if you're caught creeping in to class a few minutes late, you're greeted with burpees. lol. Incredible environment to make yourself better on so many different levels.
Everything about RSF is amazing! The trainers have an abundance of knowledge and encourage you every step of the way. You definitely feel the workout afterwards and I have to say, that is an awesome feeling!!
