I feel challenged every time I go to RSF. I love the flexibility of scheduling my workouts and the different, endless, fun classes they offer. �
I love this place and the people are so positive - they really are great people . And love the classes ! Great instructors . And Karrin is amazing !! ROCK ON !!
First time tonight at RSF to try out barre, this was my first time working out since having my baby, six weeks ago, and it was the perfect workout! Everyone in the gym was super friendly and I will definitely be coming back and trying out other classes!

Seriously if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Hands down, this is the best gym I’ve ever been to. I love everything about it! From the trainers, the workouts, the vibes, the people, etc, etc! I am so glad I found this hidden gem in Elk Grove! They offer HIIT classes (my fav!), TRX, power pilates, personal training, Barre, and they are even connected to Unleashed Cycle Studio, so you can spin on some days too. I’ve never felt so motivated and inspired by a group of people than I do here. RSF has become a second home for me. I found my love for the gym again! I’m pushed out of my comfort, given more weight than i ever thought I could lift and shown that I can do it!! Your first class is free and I guarantee you’ll be back for many more!!!!
