I have never been much of a gym person but when I found Rock Solid Fitness and met all of the AMAZING people that work there, I fell in LOVE. The trainers are so wonderful and very Motivational, they make working out so much fun. I feel like a family member when I walk in. Truly amazing place and if you haven't tried it out yet you need to. Guaranteed you wont go to another gym again! Love my Rock Solid Fitness/Unleashed FAMILY! <3
I've worked out at many different places but this place you come back because you see fast results and better yet the Trainers and People here are Awesome! I will never stop coming. I look forward to walking through the doors everyday! Truly amazing!!!
Love all the instructors they are very motivating and will kick you butt. I was so sore my first week I couldn't walk or sleep. It hurt so good ��. Beauty is pain
I feel fortunate to have found this gym about six months ago. The trainers here are exceptional and they care about your goals, progress and most importantly they are family oriented! It is a great atmosphere and they get amazing results time and time again. The variety of classes offered is great too because there is no monotony. They make fitness fun! You can try different classes and trainers daily. I won't go to another gym!!
I've been working out here for a year and a half now. These trainers are not only great at what they do, but they are some of the most kind and amazing people I have ever met. Every time they are so motivational and supportive. They are the reason I come back each week!

I love RSF and unleashed cycle studio!! The trainers and instructors are awesome and the atmosphere is so upbeat and welcoming. It's the place to workout for sure!!!
RSF offers so many different classes. I really like all of the variety from TRX, Pilates, Strength Training and Spin. I am never bored and the trainers are AMAZING! They are knowledgeable, positive, and push you hard to achieve your personal goals.
