Looking for a family friendly place with challenging workouts for all fitness levels? I recommend RSF, the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable, the clients are friendly and the workouts are AWESOME!
RSF has been the only place I have felt comfortable working out. Karrin has made me push myself & be excited about my fitness journey. Love the ladies at RSF! !
