Dropped of my vehicle with Mariano. Within an hour, he called and advised me what the problem was, how much it would cost and approximately how long to fix it. 2 hours later, the car was done in under the time initially promised and at less cost than estimated.
Very disappointed in visiting the dealership to purchase a new Pilot. Wasted time and was surprised that sales person didn't make any effort to sell us the Pilot. Very bad service and experience. Ended up purchasing the exact Pilot elsewhere.
Always helpful. Always honest. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Horrible services. Dropped off my vehicle got the recalls on vehicle. Later received a call from services rep, stating I had to pay out pocket 504.45 for the labor to replace the recall parts. Never heard of any dealer charge labor on parts that were recalled. Vehicle still at the dealer, I refuse to pay for labor charges. This dealer worst customer services. I have dealt with Toyota,Nissan, Ford, with my previous vehicle never have I experienced any issues with recalled prices labor charges
