I bought a car at Rock Honda this week. They financed me without a problem and I was in and out in just about 2 hours. Everyone that I talked to was helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had such an easy experience buying a car in my life!
Took my Honda Civic to get an oil change today. They do not accept coupons from other Honda Service centers. It cost me $51.75 for just an oil change, nothing else. My V6 only cost me $39.99 with no other discounts. I have never been satisfied with my service and this was the icing on the cake. I will never take my car for service or purchase a car from Rock Honda ever again.
Good service, very customer oriented, jobs are well done. It's just a bit pricey but would cost more if did not get the repairs done. They are not very pushy either.

Worst service dept ever. Dropped my car off to fix blown shocks do oil change and check clutch. 2 days later I get called they don't have the parts and to pick up my car.
I bought my car last year and brought it back for its first service. It far exceeded my expectation. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Kudos!
