Was there yesterday to buy a car. Worse experience ever. I even called them out on their bs and he said whatever and walked away from me. "Manager" was talking to my husband and I was watching my son as in glancing back and forth since he was playing in the kid section and didn't catch everything he was saying. My car is eleven years old and I purchased it from Rock Honda and I still get my oil changes with them (thankful for the $10 off coupon!). Arif Khan is my service guy and he always treats me right. He's very professional and polite and I look forward to greeting him every 5,000 or so miles!

I've had really bad experience with the cars we've purchased there, I bought a civic for big monthly payment, went back to trade it in 2 years later last month and they didn't even wanted to help us, they wanted like $5000 down payment and when we said we didn't have it, the tall finance lady with the big nose didn't even wanna see me and talk to me, all they want is to get your money, I will never go there or recommend anyone !
Absolutely love my new Honda Odessey! Thanks to the great employees at Rock Honda, especially to Hamid Javid, he was absolutely amazing, I will be going back for sure.
