I take my car to have an oil change and they didn't erase the warning sign normally at other dealers they wash your car every time you take it plus they over charge and bad service they also promise to finish it an 30 minutes and I was there for almost 2 hours

I brought my car in for the first oil change and I was over charged. When I bought my 2016 Honda they gave me a key chain for 15% off the service. the service guy told me that I could not use the discount because the service was a special. I paid $82 for an oil change. That does not sound like a special. I filled out 4 customer surveys and still no call back. I left my phone number and asked for a manager to call me back.
