Only because their Starbucks machine was out of order (they made sure I got coffee tho) and it took almost two hours for an oil change. (my fault, went so late on a Saturday and they were very busy) everyone is ALWAYS super nice!
Rock Honda has the absolute worst service center I have ever experienced. They had made a couple of mistakes with two different cars we have had in the past but today's experience really showed how horrible they are from the techs to the manager. My husband dropped his car off today for the same problem that he had brought it in for in the past. He noticed that his transmission was slipping when he gets onto the freeway.
