I couldn't be happier. Because of circumstances, I didn't think buying a car I could trust was even in the realm of possibility. I now have a good used car, not too many miles on it and when I turn the key it starts. Alfonso and RZ were wonderful to deal with and I'd happily go back here to purchase another car.

I arrived 7:05 and had to wait until almost 7:30 to sign in and talk to a representative. I explained everything I needed done and told him I had to be out quickly. He kept me informed and actually got me on the road early. I purchased my Honda from Rock and always have it serviced there.
Customer service is very bad we got our van at this dealer and was promised an extra key and never got it. We didn't even get a manual for our van either. They SUCK !!!
So I went into a Honda dealership on Sunday with my family. We signed paperwork and everything . They told us they would give us a call in 2 days which would've been Wednesday. No call.. I called in and asked about an update all they said was their finance department is not answering calls because it's the end of the month... I never knew that it would take that long as I got two other cars from Toyota dealership and it only took a day for them to get back to us.. I don't know what's going on. Took 2.5 hours for them to just check my TMPS system and They Changed me $135 � replaced nothing! This Places Sucks! They over charge for everything! Robbery!
I've always had good success every time I've gone to Rock Honda and this being my first experience buying a car from them they really treated me like family everything went smoothly purchased a brand new car from them it was my Mother's Day present for my husband and I love my new car
