Comfortable place to work while my car received a new battery at no charge. The up selling on service was nicely done but not taken. The prices are too high. The phone system needs to be better. I had to wait for a service agent to pick up a long time. They must have been busy and then my call was dropped. I called back and waited again.

Andy is the ONLY service rep that i will ever deal with there. He is the only one that comes off to be honest and tries to help as much as he can. Other reps there have really bad attitudes and have the take it or leave it mentality.
Easiest car buying experience of my life. Right when I arrived I met with Hamid who called over Omar to show us around. Omar put us in the exact SUV we were looking for. They worked with us to get us to a comfortable payment without being pushy or intimidating. I would suggest, if you're looking to get into a new Honda, GO TO ROCK HONDA.
It was amazing experience, I'm glad with Rock Honda, But especially with Ivonne Medrano.
If your getting your car serviced. Go see Andy Flores he's great. He tells you up front what you need and cost. There's no hidden fees. Also there courtesy shuttle drivers are great and reliable. 👍✌️
