If you are looking for a new or used Honda car this is the place to go. I went to a few other Honda dealerships before I came here and from the sales guy to their managers sucked. So when I came here expected the same results but no the sales guy was very friendly and nice. He was very helpful throughout he whole sale and even when we went to sign the paperwork the financial manager was so nice and gave me a great deal with the extended warranty,cap insurance and even put an alarm for my car. Its a nice and clean building, service was pretty good.
Comfortable place to work while my car received a new battery at no charge. The up selling on service was nicely done but not taken. The prices are too high. The phone system needs to be better. I had to wait for a service agent to pick up a long time. They must have been busy and then my call was dropped. I called back and waited again.

Andy is the ONLY service rep that i will ever deal with there. He is the only one that comes off to be honest and tries to help as much as he can. Other reps there have really bad attitudes and have the take it or leave it mentality.
Easiest car buying experience of my life. Right when I arrived I met with Hamid who called over Omar to show us around. Omar put us in the exact SUV we were looking for. They worked with us to get us to a comfortable payment without being pushy or intimidating. I would suggest, if you're looking to get into a new Honda, GO TO ROCK HONDA.
