Great experience - ask for Sal, he was wonderful. We found him to be upfront and honest. He was willing to quote us an actual price - not just how much the payment would be. Very transparent about additional options and costs, the interest rate and term.
My experience purchasing an automobile was made less stressful by RZ in sales and his staff who spent ample time showing me all my options on a very cold Dec. night.
If you don't buy anything they suddenly go from being nice to being assholes
Really Good Customer Service & Really Nice People..
We bought a Civic from Rock Honda after 3 separate trips bothering the very patient salesman, Sal. He did not pressure us. He showed me the CRV and four different Civics. He answered all my stupid questions. And then when I finally decided, he had to search through the HUGE inventory to find the exact color and style I wanted. The Finance guy was amazing. It was the best at buying experience I have ever had!
This is the place you want to go when buying a car � they treat you like a family...
Horrible customer service staff was either hovering over you or they would constantly disappear one individual told me he wouldn't even waste his time with a trade in on my car or an appraisel but I'm glad cuz I got the car I wanted (toyota)for a great deal. There staff was alot more helpful then rock honda atleast the guy we dealt with . It's funny cuz we have 2 cars with honda one with you and one another and we will never return to rock honda we will take out buisness elsewhere �
Just bought a car. Worst dealer EVER. We have been waiting for 2 hours-after we signed the deal for our car to be ready for drive off. After waiting 30 minutes I finally asked where's our car. 20 minutes later the guy comes up to say he forgot to get our car ready! Waiting 2 hours after paperwork is just ridiculous. Sales team and management is a joke. NEVER again will I do business here
