Gary was very informative,polite and walked us through the whole process of our accord getting a routine oil change service. Gary was the best by far in the 2yrs being a loyal customer of Honda. We will be scheduling our appointments with him from now on.

I went to Rock Honda just for a letter I had received on the mail to see if I could refinance the car I had at that time, instead they offer me a better interest on a new car, they worked with me to get me mostly the same payment I had with the other car, Antonio was very helpful he guide me thru all the details and all the new features on the new car and instead of an basic accord I walked out with an sport accord, the team is very professional and very helpful, Thank you all at Rock Honda
Please make sure when you happen to have a last courtesy oil check for your automobile! On June I had my last 45 point oil change and tire rotation done! I appreciate the oil change but what I don't appreciate is that instead of antifreeze water was filled! Also, Rock Honda did not filled up the brake fluid up and the service per person stated that I needed new brakes. In reality I just needed brake fluid! It was an amazing experience. Drove into the parking lot and once I got out the car I was attended immediately by Andy. I had gone in with a set of cars that I wanted to test drive and he was very efficient about it. He showed me the first car which was a Honda Civic coupe. He showed me all the features the car had and we took it for a test drive. Then i tried the Honda Accord coupe for a spin as well and we went inside to see what they had.
