Great service
Repair personnel are horrible at this dealer, I am talking about the people who do the job. I have a new car, I came here twice and one time they broke my car’s hood and they wanted to blame it on me. The other time, they did not complete the job properly there were some covers dangling from the bottom of the steering wheel and I had to go back to be fixed.
The Salesman was an exceptional individual and paid attention to us and what we wanted in a vehicle. Tony P. also listened and worked with us about the interest amount and did his best to get it worked down to the lowest he could. He was able to get us an automobile that would fit our needs and stay within the budget that we set. We were very pleased with Tony P. the Internet sales manager.
My salesmen Alphonso was top notch. The car buying process was fast and very smooth.
Attended to by Eddie de Guzman. Made our purchase painless and explained very clearly everything that we needed to know. My son was a happy camper.
Try to make appointment early bc it get busy at around 10 am and they get backed up .. on Friday lol .
