THIS IS DISGUSTING AND THIS IS DISCRIMINATION. This post has over 100+ comments from at LEAST 20 people saying this has happened to them here as well. Customers go to this dealership to spend their hard earned money just to turn around and be discriminated against. Yes, a simple option would be to go elsewhere but why perpetuate this behavior when you can simply stop discriminating against people who look like they may not have money and service them! Really disappointed with our experience tonight. The General Sales Manager lacked courtesy. We made an hour drive and had our hearts set on a vehicle, but Rock Honda refused to honor pricing on the vehicle for us. It was really a disappointment to have driven and planned to purchase this vehicle and walk away from the sale based on the GSMs responses to our request. We left and went to Fontana Mazda and had the best experience and left with a truck the same day.
