They deleted my google review. Where to start… corporate and the dealer has been a hassle. Went in to sell my car and was treated horrible by the sales manager. Never talk down to your employees in front of your customers. Had to walk out it due to shock
These guys will scam you on your warranty. Long story short, brought my sisters car for a warranty fix, due to A/C not being cold. Honda has a recall for condenser being faulty for The Civic 2016-2018s They advised me to get diagnosed and charged me $180 for it and will waive it, if it is in-fact, the condenser that need fixing. I'm sitting in the lobby as I type this. The service writer was very helpful in figuring out what had been done to my car and when/if it was ever done. Kind of expensive but I am at the dealership and not my neighborhood auto shop. Only disadvantage to this location is there are no places to eat. Thought about test driving a car just to go through a fast food place. I think they frown on that. My car is supposed to be done between 2-2:30pm. As long as they get me put of here … See more
