Management was trying to conceal that the car they were selling was a demo car with 4300 miles. Then when I brought it up they said they assumed I knew already. Like I was supposed to just know. I gave them authorization to run my credit for one single company, Chase and I check my credit report and they ran it for 6 different companies. The saleswoman I had was a nice kindhearted person but management are thieves and crooks.

Very nice people, went for an oil change, they gave me a quick update on my vehicle, no pressure to do any other services and I was in and out within the hour as they said!
Sheldon is a wonderful salesman. Quick and painless, very VERY knowledgeable staff!!

Make certain you check every square inch of ANY car you buy here. If not, if you bring it back, warranty or not, anything you need fixing will be out of YOUR pocket.... My second car from RK and I've got a well worn arc groove in my rear window from the cover of the window wiper casing. I bought the car at the end of October, 2016. It's been way to cold to so anything outside so I have hibernated. My car had 2 washes at Auto Bell in Va Beach. Not liking the job they did...Continue Reading
