Worst ever 2 cars no issues third car we was lied to and jerked around problem was supposed to be solved and still not solved still having issues with this car lot very disappointed in it and Ron Colman for lying to us and jerking us around! Bought a 2016 Malibu and traded in a 2015 lifted Silverado, they still haven't even paid the original loan and told me to keep making the payments yet already sold my truck? If I'm going to keep paying for it shouldn't I have it? I will never buy from this dealership again and all of my co workers will never buy from here either! Salesman was awesome though only wish he worked for a better company!

I purchased a 2016 Equinox LTZ from RK Chevrolet in December, 2015. RK Chevrolet was running an incentive program at the time consisting of a $500.00 Amazon Gift Card with all new car purchases. I was provided the voucher with my purchase contract. As of 8/27/2016, I still have NOT received my gift card. I followed up with our salesperson, Teri McKracken, via telephone, during a subsequent service visit and most recently an email on July 25, 2016. To date, I have not received a response regarding the status of my gift card.
I purchased a new vehicle from RK several years ago and had an average experience. Decided to purchase another vehicle there after seeing ad online for excellent deals on trucks. Turns out the marketing is false, the vehicle pictured is not, in at least 4 seperate advertisements, available for the prices listed. The vehicle shown cost approximately $15,000.00 more than the price listed. I find their marketing offensive and unethical and will never purchase from RK again. Please warn your friends and family!

I will.never do business with you again. Brought my car in for a service issue, it ended up coming out with the same issue, only compounded 4 times. Service advisor apparently doesnt know much about service, or because he tried to basically tell a seasoned mechanic that I didnt understand Chevrolet' s sophisticated computer system. Total lack of respect and just plain terrible service.

After having a miserable experience at Priority Chevy, we brought our Cruze (purchased in another state) to be serviced here. The service department (Ms. Briana in particular) was wonderful and provided excellent customer service. We are also very satisfied with the quality of service that the technicians provided to our vehicle.
