My husband has been to many hospitals in the past 3 years and Riverview is at the top. The entire experience with administration all the way to the doctors are fantastic. They are all so kind and caring. Can't rave enough about this place.
I went there for the first time. Staff was pleasant. There was not a long wait.
I have been a patient with Riverview since 1969. At age 15 I spent almost a year after a bad car accident. I've had many surgeries since then. I was in the ER Wednesday April 12 due to chest pain. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. They have always be most helpful and cordial.
Just left ER, I have never seen such incompetence and rudeness from nursing staff. Will never go back and will recommend others not as well!
Riverview family medicine is an absolute joke. If you ever do get to see a doctor and not just an assistant, your insurance will be billed incorrectly and they never do anything to fix it. What an absolute disgrace of an organization.
I had surgery yesterday with Dr. Pippenger. Everyone I came in contact with was so nice and helpful. I only have to stay one night, but I'm very pleased with my experience.

I had an excellent nurse in the ER and a good dr initially. Drs shift change made the rest of my visit miserable. I had to have a dr that we've questioned his decisions before and he was my only choice. Called the ER manager and let her know how he has terrible bed side manner and his God complex makes him really hard to deal with. I really think that Riverview somehow pays to win awards.
