Very awesome staff. Been in the ER multiple times only had 1 bad experience. But otherwise very good doctors and nursing staff very impressed
I have not had one medical bill (ALL PAID) from Riverview that has not been turned over to collections. I am currently on hold for the FOURTH time with their collection agency proving yet another payment I made FOUR months ago. I will no longer use Riverview for this reason ALONE.
The hospital lab charged me over $500 for a simple thyroid test which I had seen advertised on their website for $70. When I complained, they gave me some ridiculous song and dance about how the lower price was for patients without a doctor's order for labwork and also for labwork done without filing it with insurance. My insurance didn't pay any of it, so I wish I'd thrown away the doctor's order and told them I didn't have insurance. I have lived in Noblesville for 18 yrs Riverview has been my Hospital since then, they are so nice and we'll experienced.
My primary doctor (Dr.Kirsch) and my OBGYN (Dr. pippenger) are the best!! respectful... professional and friendly at the same time!My 2 toddlers also see Dr. Kirsch and so far I am very happy with the service and attention they receive at every visit! also nurses and staff are very friendly and professional! highly recommended Riverview Health and their staff to anyone�
